When you order from our CBDSol store, you can enjoy the best cannabidiol products in the shortest possible time. We offer shipment within 24 hours of your order! To find out more, here's a summary of the questions we're usually asked about our shipping policy and CBD delivery methods. 

Is it possible to have CBDSol products delivered in the UK ? 

Yes, it's perfectly legal to order CBD from our CBDSol store and have it delivered to the address you specify in the UK (except in French overseas departments and territories, where we can't deliver at the moment). All our products are controlled by us and contain a maximum THC content of 0.03%, as required by French law. 

How long does it take to ship CBDSol products? 

All our products are shipped from our premises in the Paris region. Following your order, we generally prepare your parcel within 24 hours of validating your payment. Carefully prepared, your parcel is sent in neutral packaging for discreet delivery. 

How quickly can CBDSol products be delivered? 

Delivery times are unfortunately not the responsibility of our CBDSol boutique. To ensure that you receive your parcel as quickly as possible, we use carriers independent of CBDSol, such as Colissimo. These services generally offer delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 working days. 

How can I benefit from free CBD delivery? 

On the CBDSol boutique, we offer free delivery for orders over €69. If you order on our site for a lower price, delivery costs are €6.90 via Colissimo or GLS. For logistical reasons, we impose a minimum order of 20 euros.

Can CBD be delivered abroad? 

It is entirely possible for us to send your package to countries other than France. For example, you can order and receive your CBD to your home address in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and French overseas departments and territories.

How do I get my money back? 

Please note that if your order tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or reshipment (you must file a claim with the carrier). If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of shipment, please contact us and we will issue a full refund. If you have changed your mind, you have 15 days from receipt of the parcel to return it to us at your expense and receive your refund. To request a refund, you must contact us by email or via the form on our store.
