1 - Conclusion of the contract
Any order for products implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
2 - Prices
Goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed.
3 - Delivery
Delivery is made by delivery to a shipper or carrier at the seller's premises or any other designated premises. Goods must be checked by the purchaser at the time of acceptance. In the event of damage or shortages, complaints about apparent defects or the non-conformity of the product delivered, the purchaser shall make clear and precise reservations, which he shall notify in writing to the seller or the carrier within 48 hours of the date of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies noted.
4 - Delivery times
Except in cases of force majeure (war, riot, fire, total or partial strike, etc.), in the event of late delivery lasting more than two weeks after the indicative delivery date, the purchaser will have the option of cancelling the order, without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
5 - Returns
Product returns are accepted provided they are in their original condition and within the time limits indicated. Please note, however, that the cost of returning goods is entirely at the customer's expense.
6 - Refund policy
The CBDSol boutique undertakes to reimburse you if you have not received your order within 21 days of payment.
The CBDSol boutique also undertakes to refund you if you change your mind and return the product to us, at your expense and on condition that you have not opened the parcel, which must remain taped.
AttentionPlease note: Once your order has been delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund.
7. Missing or defective products
If you notice that a product is missing or defective in your order, you have 72 hours from receipt of your package to make a claim. Any request received after this time will unfortunately not be taken into account.
To report a problem, please contact us at contact@cbdsol.info providing the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the problem encountered.
- Photos of the defective product or packaging, if necessary.
We undertake to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.
8 -Warranty
The seller will take the utmost care in the execution of the order and in the quality of the products. In the event of a defect recognized by the seller, the latter's obligation shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement of the defective quantities, without further compensation. Defects and damage resulting from storage, handling, transport or use in abnormal conditions or conditions which do not comply with the nature, specifications or suitability for use of the product are excluded from the warranty.
