Hello,
My order arrived in very poor condition. The CBG product clearly showed signs of mold, especially noticeable by the smell. The plant was obviously very old, and its scent was more that of mold and a rancid product, rather than the natural, fresh aroma of hemp.
I contacted customer service about the problem and was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. Since then, I have received no response. Their silence and lack of professionalism are totally unacceptable.
For me, this is tantamount to theft, as I didn't receive the product I ordered.
Always satisfied, as with all my other orders.
