Nice products on the whole except for the ice rock which I don't like and I was disappointed not to get the mystery gift.
Announced two packs bought the 3rd offered having received only two I contacted customer service, who told me that it was only a promotion for oil packs, but at the time of purchase it was clearly not specified. Customer service told me that I would be entitled to a commercial gesture. I asked them for the code twice so that I could take advantage of a discount on my next purchase, but of course I didn't receive it. (I'm still waiting....) And I received another code at a later date which doesn't work when I buy, in short, I'm a new customer and very disappointed because the quality of the products is good but I doubt I'll buy from this site again.
Don't take customers for hams, when you have a promotion where you buy two packs and offer the 3rd, just offer it.
