Order of one kg of banana placed on 03 Nov delivered on 12 because product out of stock I am offered the replacement by 850g of zkittlez (about 3x more expensive so I accept) finally I am sent 850g of purple haze (at the same price as banana) ... 😕 That's how to lose 10 days and 150g of order for not a penny. I don't recommend it.
Unfortunately, the product I received was old, mouldy and of poor quality.
The presentation on the website did not correspond to reality.
Even after sending the photos, I received no reply.
The service seems disorganized: you don't know who's doing what and there's a lack of coordination.
I hope the company will take these points into account to improve its products and service.
Extremely disappointed, poorly manicured, probably poorly dried because the variety has no aroma or flavor... I wouldn't recommend it. The only positive point is that it's not full of seeds like the mix buds. If you promise to really take care of my next order, I'll try again, otherwise it'll be my last.
