Important information - changes imposed by the authorities

We'd like to keep you up to date with a number of recent regulatory changes that have had an impact on part of our business.

🧾 Change of VAT on CBD products CBDSol

Following a prefectoral decree, we are now obliged to apply a VAT of 20% (instead of 5.5%) in the UK on flowers, oils, and other CBD products.

➡️ This regulatory change is beyond our control, but we are doing our utmost to limit the impact on your purchases :

• regular promotions,

• Creation of low-cost packs,

• Maintaining our high standards ofproduct quality .

🍬 Recall of food products containing THC and CBD

Authorities have deemed that there is a potential risk of overdosing on THC and CBD in certain food products.

👉 No incidents have been reported to date, but as a precautionary measure, we are required to carry out a recall of these products.

We understand that these decisions may come as a surprise or disappointment. They have been imposed on us in a strict manner, but we want to remain totally transparent and to support you as best we can in this transition.

We will get back to affected customers with details of the products subject to this recall.
